Campus Overview
AK (PG) College is spread over 10 acres of lush green campus along the banks of the Lower Ganga Canal on Station Road, Shikohabad. The college, established in 1916, boasts modern infrastructure with 100+ well-ventilated classrooms, 15 advanced laboratories, a fully digital library with 50,000+ books, sports complexes, and separate hostels for boys and girls.
The campus is equipped with modern amenities including 24/7 power backup (10KV, 15KV, 30KV generators), CCTV surveillance, Wi-Fi connectivity, RO water plants, and a 40,000-gallon overhead water tank to ensure a comfortable and secure learning environment.
The college also houses an IGNOU Study Centre (Code: 27104) since 2014, and the 5 U.P. NCC Battalion established on campus in 2014, making it a comprehensive educational hub for the region.
